The seat of arbitration shall be Bangkok, Thailand, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the Thai language, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

The decision of the arbitrators shall be final and binding on both parties. In the event that arbitration is not applicable or enforceable for any reason, the parties agree that the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.

By using the Website, you agree to submit to arbitration under TAI rules and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the Civil Court of Bangkok, Thailand, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

All rights and remedies hereunder are cumulative and non-exclusive.
    7. Headings and Interpretation: Headings and titles in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. The terms “include” and “including” shall be interpreted as “include without limitation” and “including without limitation,” respectively.
    8. Non-Transferability of Rights: These rights and licenses granted under these Terms are personal to you and non-transferable. Any attempted assignment or transfer by you without our prior written consent shall be null and void. We retain the right to assign its rights as needed.
    9. Third-Party Rights: Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing in these Terms shall confer any rights or benefits on any third party, nor shall any third party be entitled to enforce any term of this Agreement.
    10. Language: This Agreement has been entered into in English and is provided for reference only. The Parties agree that the Thai version of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the English version.
